Here's the deal, guys. I'm a long time lurker and have posted to a few of these threads once or twice. Now I'm in a bind and need help. I've been scouring the internet for anything I can use and I've come up nearly blank. I have four skeins of Moa Boa and want to knit a chemo cap for a friend of mine who's going into the hospital next month. However, she REALLY wants a pageboy type cap, so I'm trying to figure something out. Any ideas? Patterns? Thoughts?

I know in the "Stitch 'n Bitch" book by Debbie Stoller, there's a pattern for one. (Or maybe it's in her second book, "Stitch 'n Bitch Nation"?) You'll have to find the book or just buy it - it's great to have if you like to knit.
